Attac Strasbourg answered present to the call of the collective supporting Pinar Selek for the next court audience that will be held in Istanbul , january the 24th, and two activist will be members of the delegation.

Pinar Selek, a sociologist and researcher at the Strasbourg University, is accused of complicity in a bomb outrage in 1998, which revealed itself to be an accidental explosion due to leaking gas.

Imprisonned and tortured, Pinar Selek who was released three times, will be judged again in the 24th of january. She is an activist of great courage, a feminist and a pacifist who risks a life sentence.

Attac Strasbourg (An Association for the Taxation of Financiary Transactions and the help to the citizens) is a the Pinar Selek's side and supports her engagement and her fight.
